SI-Bone Jumps into 3D-printing with New Partnership: 3 Things to Know

SI-Bone signed an agreement with PrinterPrezz to develop and build services for potential future 3D-printed implants.

Three things to know:

1. SI-Bone pioneered the minimally invasive sacroiliac joint fusion implant, iFuse Implant System. Under the agreement, PrinterPrezz will work with the company to develop additional 3D-printed solutions.

“Our surgeons are asking for more metal 3D-printed medical solutions to help their patients and we continue to push forward our R&D to deliver solutions for those who can benefit from surgical treatment of SI disorders,” said SI-Bone Chief Technology Officer Scott Yerby.
