SI-Bone signed an agreement with PrinterPrezz to develop and build services for potential future 3D-printed implants.
Three things to know:
1. SI-Bone pioneered the minimally invasive sacroiliac joint fusion implant, iFuse Implant System. Under the agreement, PrinterPrezz will work with the company to develop additional 3D-printed solutions.
“Our surgeons are asking for more metal 3D-printed medical solutions to help their patients and we continue to push forward our R&D to deliver solutions for those who can benefit from surgical treatment of SI disorders,” said SI-Bone Chief Technology Officer Scott Yerby.
